• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• During periods of high order volume, processing times may be delayed. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified by email.

We currently offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 14 business days
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 business days

5. Order Tracking

6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect shipping address
• Refusal of delivery
• Other delivery issues
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
• We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.
• For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We will do our best to assist with your claim.
8. Shipping Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be made.
